Vitamin B9 (Folic Acid) can be found naturally in lean
meats, leafy green vegetables, whole grains, legumes, and beans. Vitamin B9
(Folic Acid) aids in the production of red blood cells and synthesizing
proteins. A deficiency in Vitamin B9 (Folic Acid) could cause diarrhea,
acne, sore tongue, and poor growth. If left unchanged could lead more
seriously to anemia and possibly cancer.
