Hold the dumbbells by your side with your palms facing inward. Curl the weight up while maintaining a strict position with your elbows. As you curl up your palms should begin to face your chest. Your palms shift ninety degrees fluently throughout the exercise. Flexing at the top of the curl and lowing the weight in a reverse manner while keeping control.
