Just as they sound. You want to load up the weight high enough so that doing a few reps of this much weight is near impossible. The way you can use this to develop your biceps is to keep them working as hard as they can. Of course the whole point of cheat curls is to involve other muscle groups during the exercise (legs, back, etc) you want to keep the arms involved as much as possible for best results.
